Timothy Karthikeyan is a seasoned healthcare RCM leader with over a decade of experience in US medical billing, Revenue Cycle Management, and AR optimisation. As the Director of Revenue Cycle Management of a leading healthcare RCM company, he oversees end-to-end billing operations, client strategy, and performance improvement for healthcare practices across the United States.

Timothy has managed high-performing teams of 40+ AR and medical billing professionals and has delivered measurable results for more than 50 healthcare and laboratory clients. His core strengths include insurance and patient AR management, collections improvement, denial reduction, accurate ledger-based reporting, and compliance-driven RCM operations.

He is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt (CLSSGB & CLSSBB) from TÜV SÜD South Asia Academy, and holds the Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) credential from AAHAM. His expertise in the DMAIC methodology, process optimisation, and data-driven decision-making forms the foundation of his operational leadership.
